About

Dr. Laura Rindlaub specializes in the evidence-based treatment of anxiety disorders, depression, and PTSD for young people ages 14-30. She has a passion for helping people reduce troublesome symptoms, and navigate the challenges and opportunities of adolescence and emerging adulthood. This is an exciting time of life, and at the same time, the road is often bumpy!

Dr. Rindlaub also has extensive experience in evidence-based parenting work, and aims to help parents better understand, connect with, and guide their children ages 7-30.

In her free time, Dr. Rindlaub enjoys reading fiction, tending to her 28 different species of houseplants, and hiking with her family and her dog.
